Which funds can I contribute to?
You can give to any fund or program you wish to support. Donors to UNC can support whatever area of campus means the most to them.
How do I make a contribution?
在线: You may make a one-time or recurring gift through our online donation form. If your desired fund is not listed, please indicate that fund in the comment field of the donation form.

Is my gift tax deductible?
The UNC基金会 is a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization. 所有的礼物 the UNC基金会 are tax deductible to the full extent of the law. You should consult with your tax attorney/advisor concerning the deductibility of your gift.
I am an employee, may I make a donation through payroll deduction?
Yes, faculty and staff members can set up a monthly or one-time donation for any amount. To set up a monthly contribution or to change the amount you are currently donating through payroll deduction, please contact gifts@huangwa.net.
I am an employee; should I give through Payroll Deduction, by credit card, or with 检查?
Most members of 团队UNC give through Payroll Deduction. Payroll deductions are the easiest way to give and you can provide significant support over the course of the year by splitting it up between paychecks.
What is an endowment?
An endowment is a gift fund invested in perpetuity by the UNC基金会. The income generated by the investment supports the fund you designate. 部分 of the income is reinvested each year enabling the endowment to grow and provide a permanent stream of income over time. A new endowment can be established with a minimum 捐赠25,000美元. An annual spendable scholarship can be established with a $5,000 donation that will award a $1,000 scholarship for five years. How do I establish a scholarship?
Gifts that fund scholarships make it possible for UNC to attract and retain the best undergraduate and graduate students, regardless of their financial circumstances. You can make a difference by contributing any amount to an existing scholarship or establishing a new scholarship endowment to benefit students enrolled in the college/school 由你选择.
